RENTAL INFORMATION

**CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY** 
DAMAGED, MISSING, OR STOLEN ITEMS & CLEANING POLICY

The customer is responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery/pick up to the time of pick up/return back to Special Events.  During this time, if any item(s) are damaged due to weather, theft, misuse or any other negative factor, the customer agrees to pay 150% of the replacement cost of the item(s).

Customers assume full responsibility for item(s) upon possession, and agree to pay full replacement fee for damaged, missing or stolen items. Customer is responsible for cleaning each item that is rented. If an item is returned dirty, the customer will be charged a minimum of $20 up to full replacement cost.

DELIVERY/PICK UP

Delivery and pick up may be available upon request. A mileage fee will be charged. Please contact us to ensure delivery/pick up is available for your date and for exact pricing.

RENTAL PERIOD

You can pick up items 3 days before your event and must return no later than 2 days after your event. 
If items are not returned on time, you will be charged $50/day.

RESERVATIONS

A down payment of 50% of the total, and a signed contract are required to reserve your event date and items.

The final payment (50%) is due 2 weeks before the event date.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your event:

>60 days prior to your event date- 15% of the total will be retained, the remaining will be refunded.

31-60 days prior to your event date- 30% of the total will be retained, the remaining will be refunded. 

10-30 days prior to your event date- 45% of the total will be retained, the remaining will be refunded.

<10 days prior to your event date, 60% of the total will be retained, the remaining will be refunded.

USAGE FEE

The usage fee is a NON REFUNDABLE, 7% charge added to ALL rental contracts. It covers the use of all totes and packaging as well as minimal wear from normal use (i.e. minimal leaves falling off of garlands). The usage fee DOES NOT cover shortage, loss of items, or damage due to negligence.
